- Hanna Nixon was cleaning up around our entry sign earlier this summer and noticed that there was a lot of rot on the sign. So she volunteered to help out the board and research our replacement options. She found the replacement and we are just dotting I’s and crossing T’s….
- We will be hiring a company to come in and trim low branches and clean up along the sides of the roads…
- You may have noticed that there are markings on the roads in the neighborhood. That is because we are getting ready to complete the annual road patching. This year the patching is only going to happen in those areas that are pretty bad…
- Finally our roads are going to get a new finish. We are finalizing a deal to get all of the roads tar & chipped in the fall..
